 + -1 moreRobert was very professional and nice. He was on time and got right to work. He did more work that I had expected. We just wanted the outside windows cleaned and he did the screens and frames at no additional charge. We live right by the woods so our windows get a nasty film on them and they look great. We would use Mr. Sofia again
Description of Work: Robert cleaned all of out outside windows, screens and frames. I didn't actually expect him to do all of that but it was very nice of him to be so thorough.

 + 3 moreThe price was very reasonable for the work provided. He was punctual, very friendly and professional, and did any excellent job. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Bob cleaned the house roof and the garage roof. He cleaned the outside of the house and garage, including gutters and soffits. He cleaned the inside and outside of the windows, including the window frames, and he replaced the screens on 16 windows.
