He had a crew of 2 to 3 including himself which took  6 working days, with some rain issues in between.  But Bobby did all the detail work and results were great.  I felt comfortable that he replaced only the wood that needed to be replaced, and didn't replace wood that didn't need to be replaced.  So I feel that a sold foundation underlies our new roof.  He is able to give wind mitigation signed forms which should lower our house insurance a bit.  Also, I know from others who have used his company (his brother Billy runs another crew, but swap workers as needed) that even after 10 years they have come back free of charge to repair where a nail had come up and created a leak. (This is a risk that I"ve heard that all roofers have.)  He has a good technique for keeping squirrels from chewing on exhausts vent pipes (lead). In fact it was  squirrels chewing on the lead of a vent that caused our leak that lead to our getting a new roof.  He cleaned up well, got all the necessary permits as necessary, and passed all inspections by the city.  I highly recommend him.  I would definitely use him again if need be.

It could never gone any smoother.

We hadn't used them before. It went excellent. They are very reliable. The owner gets up on the roof himself with the crew. We've never had a problem with the roof. They were very thorough and professional.

The job was fantastic. They were very good and very quick. There wasn't anything we disliked. We would recommend them because the job was well done.

Our house was struck by lightning, so we needed to have the roof inspected for damage. This company scheduled an inspection quickly and arrived when they said they would. They did not find any lightning damage, but I had mentioned a concern with a leak in the master bath. They identified the issue, mentioned another concern about a couple areas near the vents that the squirrels were chewing on, and offered a solution. They quickly repaired the areas with squirrel damage. They did not leave any debris from the job. Although, the two men were dressed in sweaty T-shirts and not service or work shirts, it was obvious they had just come from another job. I would rather have a knowledgeable professional in a stained T-shirt working on my house over someone in a company shirt that doesn't know what they are doing They were professional and I would use this company again.

Both projects went very well. The new ventilation system for our kitchen had not been installed when they were re-roofing the house. They left a spot open for our new vent to be installed, and came back and put new shingles around the vent with no problem. They updated our roof by removing the whirly vents and putting a modern ridge cap down the top of roof for ventilation, the house looks 20 years newer.
