This business does repair, service, & sales of all makes & models of vacuum cleaners. It is also a warranty station for Fisher Price by Powerwheels, Dyson, Miele, Bissel, & Eureka.
When I called to see if it was open on Saturdays & to explain my problem, the owner said if I could get there fairly soon he would troubleshoot it while I waited. It took him less than 15 minutes to determine the problem & fix it while I watched. Both he & his wife are extremely knowledgeable & didn't try to sell me a new vacuum (& I was prepared to buy a new vacuum). He told me, "If I can fix it why should I try to sell you a new one?"
His reputation proceeded him as I had taken the vacuum to another store for repair. Because the vacuum is 20+/- years old they couldn't get parts for it & referred me to The Vacuum Center saying "if anybody can fix it, he can!"
They take trade-ins & sell reconditioned vacuums & have replacement hoses & bags, etc.
Store hours are 9-6 M-F & 9-2 Sat.
I highly recommend this business!
