JAY ARRIVED WITH A HELPER AND THEY SPENT A COUPLE OF DAYS REMOVING WINDOWS AND REPLACING WITH THE NEW ONES. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN IN 2 WEEKS TO STUCCO THE INSIDE WALLS AFTER THE GREEN 2X4S HAD TIME TO CURE (I UNDERSTOOD THIS PART) AND THEY WOULD CLEAN UP AND HAUL OFF THE MASONRY IN THE YARD. I LEFT TOWN FOR A MONTH, CAME BACK AND THE RUBBISH WAS STILL THERE. I TEXTED JAY AND HE BASICALLY SAID HIS JOB WAS DONE. DON'T CALL OR TEXT HIM FOR HIS SERVICES ANYMORE. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LEFT HAMMERING UP THE RUBBISH, SHOVELING IT INTO T TRAILER AND TAKING IT TO THE DUMP. 500 POUNDS OF IT! I ACCEPT MY FAULT IN PAYING HIM BEFORE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, BUT JAY HAD REMODELED FOR ME OFF AND ON FOR A YEAR. HE SEEMED APPRECIATIVE OF HAVING A STEADY JOB IN A BAD ECOMONY, BUT IT SEEMS HIS ATTITUDE HAS CHANGED!
Description of Work: REMOVED 6 WINDOS AND REPLACED THEM WITH 3 LARGE SLIDING WINDOWS. CUT MASONRY AND RE-FRAMED IN THE NEW WINDOWS.
