Very nice people. Gave accurate estimate of when they would be able to check out the computer for me. However, Angie's List at the time said FREE ESTIMATE. There is a $25 diagnostic fee for a PC, which is prominently advertised on their counter and on their claim tickets. No complaints. Would definitely use them again. Appear to be very busy, therefore must be trustworthy and have a lot of customers due to word-of-mouth recommendations. I highly recommend them for their truthfulness. He could have told me anything was wrong and charged me for parts and labor.
