It went fantastic. Skip and his assistant were great, they did not rush and explained how the system works. I've signed up for their free salt delivery service, you just pay for salt. They fill the tank. Great!

SWS showed up as scheduled, on time & completed the work in a timely fashion. billing was prompt, clear & as discussed. the corrective effects on my water were immediate & amazing! the system continues to operate excellently. everybody I have referred to SWS calls to tell me how pleased they are to finally find a water treatment company that is able to diagnose the issue, repair/replace & actually do this at a reasonable price! AND, you are able to get a real, live, knowledgeable person on the phone!

I have personally been using SWS for all my water treatment needs - commercial & residential - since 2004 without EVER having an issue! cost, performance, replacement or warranty, NOT ONE SINGLE ISSUE, EVER!    

The company would not warranty my system but was more than willing to sell me a new system and take my old one on trade plus $5000. SWS came out and serviced my system and it now works perfectly. They never pressured to sell me anything or try to convince me to try something different. They will get my business again in the future.

Service was excellent. They were able to get out here the next day and they were on time. The service guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over the system with us and show us how it works. Turns out we needed a new chlorine pump and he was able to get it up and running again in no time. I would definitely use their services again. And I would recommend them to friends and family. A+ company.

great, installation went smooth, very savvy . no problems ever since

It went extremely well.  We decided NOT to sink any money into a unit that we knew nothing about (age, workings etc.) and we purchased an 'on demand' unit we had planned on getting anyway.  Install was outstandingly quick & efficient.  We've had them out once, to deliver salt after the installation... and so far, we are thrilled.  We have not had to put any salt in the unit other than the first time.  They were efficient, came out to the house, loaded the unit up with salt and told us we'd not see them for @ 5 or 6 months.  (Of course I laughed, not believing them!)  Guess what, we still have almost 1/2 a brine tank left of salt.
