We called and their rep Dustin got back with us right away. He said he would be out in about 2 hours (great for summer, Sunday, and evening time) He came on time and did a wonderful job for us. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend them and him to anyone.

What started as an easy fix turned into multiple trips to the house as a series of shorts kept occurring in successive contacts and boards. The unit would run for awhile and then shut down. The service department had people on site very quickly to follow-up and eventually Travis took ownership for the job and was able to trace the root problem to it's source. I was treated fairly and was not charged for service calls after the initial trip to the house. We have used Sun Kool for our yearly checks and will continue to call on them for all our heating and air conditioning needs.
