They were sloppy and we had an issue with a crack they did not cover and would not respond to over 25 phone calls, Contacted BBB, found out they have a F rating, called Seniors against Crime and was told they don't respond to complaints.

Overall quality was quite good; however, the decorative pattern was not always applied in a pattern consistent of the bulk of the driveway. I called seven times to ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. NONE of the calls were returned. I suspect the entire company consists of the supervisor and four or five workers, plus administrative workers. In other words, it is likely there is no one above the job supervisor, therefore, if you need to discuss a problem following job completion, it is is apt to fall on deaf ears, as it was in my case. Very disappointing!.
