Steve came from a different town and he did not charge more for that. He encouraged that we were there in case we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and he is an expert in what he does. I really liked that he went above and beyond by doing things he was not supposed to just to help me. It is rare to find people with his attitude nowadays.
