I could not get any electrical/plumbing contractors to return my calls for purchase and installation of a whole house generator until I was referred to South Glen by a friend.
Within a day Glen was at my house and sized the unit we would need and i had a written estimate within a week. Since Generators were all back ordered, we had a 2 month lag until it was delivered. I did not have to provide a down payment until the generator was delivered to my house.
In the beginning of March, the concrete pad foundation was put in and all natural gas lines were run. The electrical was delayed because we went on vacation but the work was then completed on 3/29. All inspections were done swiftly with approvals because the contractor had thought to schedule the inspections ahead of the final installation.
