John, the owner of "Solid Flooring Solutions, LLC. " located in Ocala, FL., and his crew arrived at my home on the date and time that we had agreed upon and installed a "Smartcore" waterproof vinyl tile flooring that I had purchased from one of the Home Improvement Centers located near my home. The project included installing 12"x24" rectangular tiles in a bathroom area that included a double vanity and walk-in shower, a linen closet, water closet, and a walk-in clothes closet. Therefore, based upon John and his crew meeting their scheduled time of arrival and departure, quality of workmanship, and leaving our home as clean as they found it, I recommend "Solid Flooring Solutions" to any one looking for a great flooring installer.

I m very disappointed I took Home Advisors advice and hired Solid Flooring Solutions. I had them install vinyl plank flooring. I think they installed the flooring correctly but time will tell. The work was completed about 3 weeks ago. I am extremely distressed that John (owner) as not given me an invoice or receipt. I have given him over 2 weeks leaving multiple messages and texts to him. Several days ago he said he was emailing the receipt within 5 minutes. I advised him the next day I did not get it. He has not responded by email, text or phone despite my messages indicating I wanted a receipt for my records in the event that the floor buckles and so forth. Again I believe the flooring was correctly placed. However the end result was 2 gashes in the wall, incomplete finishing of the quarter round and a toilet that did not work after John took it out for the flooring to be placed and then put it back. He did tell me I needed a toilet supply line/water line and that he turned the toilet water off. It is true that the line itself only costs @ $10 but the plumbers visit was expensive. The toilet worked prior to Johns removal of it. John was texted photos of some of the damage to the walls and incomplete finishing of the quarter round. He did not indicate his company would address those issues. If I had hired Lowe s, I m quite confident they would stand behind their work. My question to Home Advisor. How am I to get a receipt from a company you recommended? If the floor buckles within the year it has a warranty If I dont have a receipt, I cant proved Solid Flooring Solutions did the work. Unhappy with your recommendations. I have no one to make the company give me a receipt for the $2,400 I paid.

On time, did a great job, neat, cleaned up well, guys were good, personable & professional.

He was always on time, answered all my questions. He let me know when he was arriving and his employees were great. They had to have the air conditioner off as they had to smash the tiles, so they worked with the windows open. He cleaned up all of their mess. I would highly recommend this company.

Great work - 4 person team did a quality job led by the owner. Very good clean-up, helpful advice and cost saving suggestions. Guarantees his work and will provide follow-up, if needed.

Did the work but did not finish all the details that needed to be done I paid him and he did not come back to finish the details
