Someone came in to give us a bid and it was lower then another community contraction company. We started with it and it seems it took for ever to get started. He was able to get part of it done and but we received a call from the community saying that we did not have a permit to do contractions work and we were threatened to get sued. The flooring that was laid down would squeak and pop all over the place and we ended up hiring someone else to drill little holes to get it fixed. I was just poor job and took forever. It was a bad experience.
