DO NOT USE SERVICE EXPERTS. If I could give 0 stars I would!! I’ll make this short and sweet! Less than 2 year old $10,000 unit, has now been out of commission twice in less than 6 months. The first time we had service experts come out to diagnose the issue with the unit THEY installed. The tech told us that the machine was “built to break”. When asked why they would sell it, he replied they can only sell you what they have. Before leaving he quoted us $2000 to fix the unit because it was no longer under warranty. When looking on manufacturers website, we found out our unit was in fact still covered under warranty. Now our unit is down again. A 2 year old $10,000 carrier unit sold by SERVICE EXPERTS has been down twice in central Florida during the summer and THEY DO NOT CARE! I’m sure they will try to respond to this with a bot generated response, but just know it’s all a lie. They do not care about the consumer once you spend the money to install a unit.

They were excellent.

Was told they can do this job. The service tech quoted me $4,200 including a blower cleaning after being in our attic space. After wrapping over my damp old wrap on one side of the house the next visiting tech informed me there was no room to get to the rest of it and would have to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling. When they got back to me they wanted an extra $2,800 to put flex ducts on the rest. I found another company to do replacement of my entire duct system for $4,300 without cutting a hole. I'm out $500. Very unprofessional.

I regretfully paid $144.00 for Service Experts’ semi annual air conditioning service. In June, 2020, the Ocala office called me to set up the second service. No one showed up for the scheduled service and no one called me. I called their office the next day and was told that someone had scheduled the appointment “for the wrong year.” Another appointment was made for the following week. Again no one showed up for the appointment nor did anyone call me although I waited all day. Having paid in advance for service that was never provided, it seemed to be a form of fraud. I mailed Service Experts a written demand for a refund of half of my advanced payment and after many weeks I have received the same response-NONE! In my opinion, using the word “service” in their name constitutes gross false advertising. I advise extreme caution.

Check outside unit and airhandler/furnace. Cleaned unit suggested new filter.

Company was called by me to repair HVAC unit (about 1 year old unit). 
Techs came out over a span of two weeks.  First time they came out I was
told it was the WIFI control unit and was sold a new WiFi control unit.
I was called the next day by the office to schedule the regular routine
service, which I allowed because the new unit was still not repaired. 
After 3 more visits, an OEM board installation and 6 hours of my time
being taken to be present while the issue was resolved  I was told the
board was covered under warranty.  Once the board had been ordered and
was in, it was installed in less then 30 minutes.  Tech said I might
have a possible cost of labor for the install of the board.   I have a
service contract with the company, and always pay as I go.  The
secretary from the office called latter that day to collect $255 for the
installation of the OEM board.  When I asked for an itemized bill, I
was sent a bill listing only the OEM board and no labor cost.  I then
asked for a copy of the claim they had submitted with the  warranty
company.  This has not been produced and I was lectured about owing the
money for the labor, which was not listed on the invoice.  I will never
use them again as when I had a question about a bill I was then lectured
by the office staff.  The entire repair took over 2 weeks.  After the
cost of the WiFi control and the "non itemized bill"
not treated respectfully by a person in the office.

I called Service Experts to repair the unit. They were on time, they fixed the unit and I was pleased. There was no hassle and the A/C is still working great.

The service is good and they do a pretty good job.

I have been using Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning for quite a while. They are always prompt and courteous and they seem to know what they are talking about, they are very professional. I have several people come out from there and they always listen to you and that is why I keep using them.

The first time the technician came out it went really well but scheduling the appointment was annoying. They called everyday, during work hours, when I wasn't able to schedule. Instead of waiting for me to call back I just kept having missed calls or messages. The second time I had a similar experience with annoying phone calls until I was able to schedule the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician that he was on his way and then he never showed up. I will say that I am renting the house out and so I am relying on the tenants to have been there. However, they e-mailed me several hours after the technician was supposed to come to let me know that he didn't show and I trust them.

The install went fine. There was suppose to be two installers come. One didn't but the installer that came did a great job. He was fast and clean with his install. I have a new Lennox system put in. I'm a little disappointed because they were suppose to seal the duct work with mastic and they didn't do that. Also the thermostat they installed is not balance correctly. They unit works great and so far has helped lower energy cost.

I have been using them for ten years. Their service technicians are professional, polite and explain whet they are doing. I called them and they came the same day. They had to relocate a vent when My roof was being replaced. They finished the same day that I called them to come out.

They have been terrific. I have a care program where they come out twice a year to check out the unit molds, but I did buy my air conditioning and heating unit from them. They are very prompt. They do exactly what they say they are going to do, and they come back like they say they are going to come back and service. In terms of quality, they seem to be fine, but I don't know anything about AC, and I have to be trusting on this. I would use them again in the future.

Their shop is just a few doors from my house. I called them first when my heater broke down a couple of years ago. They gave me a pretty good deal and I also had a rebate. They did the job beautifully. They were clean and neat and I was happy with them.

i will never use anyone but Service Experts. The service tech answered every question for me and knew what he was doing.

They turned out to be good. They did a good job. Overall everything was fine. Their punctuality was excellent. They were really good. I would use them in the future.

There were two small glitches with the installation that needed to be fixed to please the building inspector, but they were out quickl;y and fixed the problems. The new system has run like a charm in the year since I got it.

I feel that they took advantage of me by disguising a salesman as a maintenance men. See Services Performed
