Installed our HVAC system in our new home. Called them back the first winter because back rooms were very cold. Their technician just came out and turned up the fan speed. We put up with the cold rooms but then called someone else to check the heating system. They found that the 2-stage system was incorrectly wired so only the low heat stage would ever work no matter how cold the temperature was. Two of their technicians failed to diagnose the problem.
