He removed the old GENIE opener, and installed a new quieter and better functioning LIFTMASTER. He did suggest that the GENIE was under powered for the door.
He lubed all the hinges and springs, and I am quite satisfied with his work.

I placed a call to Ryan O'Cull at 9 a.m. and described the problem with my garage door. He advised that he could repair it; quoted me $90.00 for parts and labor, and stated he could be here in 1 and 1/2 hrs. He arrived at 10:30 a.m. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken gear, oiled the rollers, and quieted the mechanism. I was very satisfied with the courtesy, workmanship, and information about maintenance.
