Ron the Handyman

Moved in to home 1 year after I hired him. He had 1 year to finish the jobs; he didnʻt make it. left several jobs unfinished. Messed up on four electrical jobs had to get a pro electrician to come in and fix them. Wanted second garage finished with loft for storage. Sliding barn doors with folding ladder never happened. Large wall mirror in living room removed. He spackled and painted. Only after moving in did I realize what a sloppy job he did, not only there but in every room and Lanai: splattered paint had to be scraped off of hard wood floors. Was supposed to install stainless steel tub in wash room, it never happened. Had a pro come in to do the chimney repair and repaint. Moved in in Dec., after 1 1/2 months of no show I fired him, best decision I could have made. The local proʻs that came in to do the jobs he was supposed to do were far better than he was. shame on you Angie in fooling me into believing that this fake was a competent handyman. I suggest you change you screening methods. Oh one more thing. My brother was going to have him wash his roof. Ron was going to power wash it which is the worst thing you can do for the asphalt shingles that he has. My brother said forget it.
