Very prompt. Cleaned up every day and respected our property. Pleasant and kept us informed each day. High quality work. They resurfaced the pool and retiled the pool walls. In addition they repaired some cracks in the pool walls.

Robert did an awesome job. He was very polite, on time, and made sure the site is cleaned up. The actual tile work of the pool is beautiful and added much value to our home.

Priced right Good service Timely

Rob himself was a bit worse for the wear and tear but was on the job daily. His crew did a first class job. His restarting recommendation for adding stabilizer caused a filter failure to happen sooner than otherwise. Moral is, put stabilizer in an old sock and allow it to slowly enter the system from the skimmer. I fully recommend you consider Rob Hooker for your pool remodel.

In this day and age when no one ever does what they say they are going to do (my personal pet peeve), Rob Hooker was here every morning when he said he would be and did all that he said he was going to do. My pool looks great and I couldn't imagine a nicer person to work with. He always answered my phone calls or called me back quickly. I would recommend him highly.
