Dry Cleaning Service
There were places on it that had to be embroidered. There were areas that needed to be lightly pressed instead of highly ironed. When I picked it up, I never looked at it before hanging it in my closet. When I took it out another day to wear, it looked like there was a smudge. When I looked closer at it to investigate, there was a two inch tear in the fabric and it could not be worn again. There was no way it could be mended and it was just ruined. I called them and told Rick that this had happened. He was real apologetic and said he would look into this. One day he called me back and said that after speaking with his employees that they did not cause the tear and that I must have.
