Manicures/Nails
I have been using the Regal Nail Salon (inside the Silver Spring's Walmart) for about 3 years. I have seen a lot of changes to the building/structure but the service has remained very high all-along. The unfortunate location (across from the Self-check out lanes- that never seem to 'shut-up') has lead Charlie "the Boss" to struggle to keep prices down, while at the same time improving the decor and equipment in their small alcove. Jenny is the 'class clown' always very personable, and an expert artist. Thada is the quite one but she gives the best foot massages. All three are experts at manicures/pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nail, tips, French, and pink/white. The color selection is one of the best in town. Make an appointment if you can or avoid the weekend (Friday & Saturday) as the wait can be a little long at times. If you are looking to save money, and do not need a Spa feel there is no better place to go.
