Quality Roofing services installed a 20 year roof on our older home. We had a leak and called. At that time the owner was an older gentleman and quite nice. He sent his son out and he didn't seem happy to be here. He slapped some tar around our chimney and said that was all he could do. Fast forward to now. Roof is leaking. We figured out by going in the attic space where it is coming from and they didn't fix the correct place. It was about a foot over on the shingles. I called and tried to get the owner to call back and he refuses. Had office staff call back to say they couldn't help us to call someone else. Very unhappy with this company. They don't stand behind their product or services.

From the start, very professional. First appointment, received call that appraiser may be running 30 minutes late, but ended up making it on time. Estimate was explained completely, including the fact that it would be first or second week of December before they could schedule (estimate done 10/24). No hidden charges (plywood replacement, etc.). True to word, received call 12/4 to tell me they would be out on Wednesday, 12/11. Crew of 4-5 arrived at 7:30 am, got to work and finished job in one day. Answered all questions promptly, kept me informed every step of the way, kept their word. Highly recommend.

Dave is very professional and precise. He is friendly, courteous and very reliable. Right on time and finished the job within the time he had said it would take.

Every time David has been here I have been extremely pleased with his work. He has always done an excellent job and he cleans up any mess that he made while doing the work. He is the nicest person you would ever want to meet. He is someone who you would never have to worry about misleading you or telling you that you need work done if it really doesn't need it. I wish all service providers were as honest and trustworthy and do such good work. I HIGHLY recommend Quality Services Roofing!

Note: The reason I put $0 for the cost of the service is b/c the last time I had David here, for an assessment, a few months ago, he didn't even charge me! I was very surprised because I fully expected to pay him, but he wouldn't take anything! Also I don't remember what the cost was when he replaced our roof several years ago, but I do remember that it was MUCH lower than the estimates I had gotten from a couple of other roofing companies!

Jason and his team are very professional. Kept in contact prior to work, arrived on time, completed the work ahead of schedule, then followed up to insure all questions were answered. Great people to work with. Area around our home was kept clean. Daily pick up. NO Complaints! Enjoyed working with Jason and his team.

We got architectural shingles instead of the regular so that added to the cost. His price was good and he underestimated it but he stuck with his price. They were very good. He was very spoken and articulate when he came to give the estimate. He had good communication skills. He was knowledgeable and intelligent.

We located Quality's name in our church bulletin. We asked Quality and three other companies to bid the job. Three bids ranged from $5,320 to $5,600, and one wildcat who was $1,700 higher than the rest. Quality was licensed, bonded and insured. They arranged for the Building Permit and all the inspections. None of their workers (five men on the job all day) smoked in our yard, and any time we went outside, they were very polite to us. We were provided with the proper certificates to file for a tax credit on our 2010 federal Income Taxes. Without hesitation, we recommend this company.

I had a off-ridge vent that would leak during very heavy rainfall. David Hise located the cause quickly and did a thorough repair on the spot at a reasonable price ($250). I was impressed with him and the work he did and requested that he install two more off-ridge vents to help keep my A/C bill down. Again, the work was done professionally and at very reasonable costs ($300 for install of two vents). David was responsive, thorough, and professional and treated these small jobs with a level of customer service and care beyond what many other so-called professionals would. I highly recommend him.

The name of the company says it all. Quality workmanship, professional workmen and very courtesy! The price of $250 was reasonable for the repair performed. We highly recommend this company!

I had planned to replace the 32-year old roof on my house myself, but decided to get estimates from roofing contractors at the urging of friends and family. I received estimates from five roofing companies, including Quality Services Roofing, who was recommended by a contractor friend and a neighbor. Company owner, David Hise, arrived on time for the appointment and thoroughly explained his proposal. He was very knowledgeable and professional at this time and throughout the project. The company's bid was nearly the lowest received, and was the lowest bid which included all wood (sheeting and framing) needing replacement. Mr. Hise advised me on various options for providing additional attic ventilation. He expected the job to take three days or less. On the agreed upon day, Mr. Hise and his crew of five workers arrived at 6:45 am. They got to work immediately and had removed the old roof, repaired all wood and replaced the tar paper by evening. Mr. Hise worked with the crew much of the time. The crew worked very diligently and conscientiously whether he was there or not. They allowed hardly any of the old roofing materials to fall on the ground. On the second day the roofers installed the new shingles and had replaced all the shingles by noon. Before leaving they thoroughly cleaned up the site. They did an outstanding job, and we could not be more pleased with our beautiful new roof.
