Great company.  Family owned and operated.  I recently moved to the Villages and was looking for someone to service my heating and air unit.  Jim (the owner) came out and performed the 20 point inspection.  Needed freon for the air conditioner. 
The cost was more than half of what others charge for a service call.  Very pleased with everything from setting the appointment to the service call.  I plan on recommending to my family and friends.
Also discussed future work needed and was provided professional information.  It is nice to see a family work hard and care about their business.

The man and his (wife?) showed up late and proceeded to mock us for screening off vent areas to prevent leaves clogging them up. It was obvious they thought they were wasting their time on this 'coupon call'. He hurried through the 'inspection', pronounced the unit OK for its age and did nothing in the way of a 'tune up' He actually did less than half of the things on his advertised list. He would hardly communicate, refused to answer any questions and his manner was rude and dismissing...again as they both made it obvious that they thought they were wasting their time. After doing very little, A business should NOT OFFER coupons if they don't want customers to actually use them! A bad experience and never again with 'Pro Tech'...!

called to tell me he was in route he and helper checked feron and preasure checked for clean coils out side and inside evaperator coils ask to have fan turned higher and he did it very nice and polite people

This company was revered to me by John Petraltro. They performed all work as requested quickly and expertly. I can only say that they performed exactly as expected and at a price that was also reasonable.

The experience was good. They did a good job. I didn't have any complaints or troubles.
