"Hello, first we want to apologize for any indication we gave of a "We have your money, you're not our problem anymore" attitude. We do not operate in this manner and regretfully the situation has apparently left you believing this which is our fault. In reviewing your situation through our records we have determined we acted in a valid manner. Our technician responded to a leaking air conditioning call but when they arrived the unit was not leaking. They were informed as you stated that the unit had been leaking but was fine at the moment. The technician at that time blew out your lines to check for blockages but found nothing. Over the course of the service call we could find nothing wrong other then some non-standard piping. In responding to your second call of a leak we sent out a technician under the auspice of fulfilling your guarantee. However it was determined after further examination that at some point between the two calls someone had jammed a rusty knife into the drain pipes for the unit. We have no way to know whether this existed before or after our original call but the object was definitely not our company's equipment. Our technician removed the knife and again found the unit functioning properly upon completion. Due to the fact the second call resulted of a situation which we did not cause, the second call was found outside the guarantee of the first service call. Again we apologize if you feel wronged in anyway from this turn of events. We do standby our service guarantee and on occasion when mishaps occur we honor that guarantee fully. In this case though we determined the guarantee was not applicable to a foreign object appearing within the unit after the original service call. "We apologize for this issue. Due to the nature of the National Do Not Call registry and the Florida Do Not Call Registry entries can be mishandled and/or lost during extraction. We fully attempt to comply with all regulation set forth for companies that perform telemarketing to the consumer base. As explained though due to varying list providers, list expiration dates, zip code ranges and incorrect data we have several points in the technology chain that can result in a name slipping through to our services.
