Things did not go well, he was not very neat, his work was messy and when I called him to come back a second time, he did not return my calls.

very pleased with the work couldn't be happier took his time doing the repairs explained what he was doing made you feel at ease very comfortable.

All went well (3 different items). He had all the necessary parts and offered to come back at no charge if anything acted up within 30 days.

My toilet is flushing well, just have to hold down handle a little longer than I'm used to for it to flush completely but overall it works well. The work was done quickly and neatly, he cleaned up after himself, very nice gentleman.

He could have earned more by providing direction in terms of how to really improve flow and replace some faucets... he seemed more anxious to do "something" and get the heck out of dodge.

Ken was on time and very professional I was very happy with the results and would like to see him again in the future

Everything went smoothly and he was finished with the first two "jobs" in 30 minutes. It took him a bit longer to move my laundry room sink since he had to move the plumbing in my wall. He was very thorough and professional and I will definitely use him again in the future.
As an added bonus, he alerted me to a problem with my AC unit while he was there. Because of this, I was able to call in an AC repair service and avert a major problem.

Kevin the plumber showed up on time, gave me his business card, and proceeded to take care of the problems right away.

I had these 3 problems for a long time (years), but did not hire a plumber from the yellow pages because they are expensive!

When I saw Angie's list offer, I decided to get these problems resolved.

Kevin did the plumbing on my kitchen renovation.  once the granite countertops were installed, Kevin arrived on time to install the sink faucet, connect the ice maker line and installed  the dishwasher.  excellent Job!!.. no Leaks, Kevin pays attention to details and it shows in the finish job.   We were so impressed with Kevin's work, we had him come back the next week and replace the bathtub spout and drain in the guest bathroom

Kevin from Precision plumbing showed up on time and called a few minutes ahead of time to give me time to put my dogs away . Kevin proceeded to install a whole house filter I bought from the big blue hardware store . He explained what he was doing and asked for feedback so as to do job the way I would like it while doing it correctly . Kevin then went into my bathroom and tightened lose bolts  that had been leaking which put pressure on rubber washers that hold tank to bowl . I thought it was going to be a much bigger job than what it turned out to be . He could have sent me down that road and made more money & I wouldn't have known one way or another .He looked at 3  faucets on outside of house and tightened  them to make them work better . Kevin went into both bathrooms and advised me on steps for changing out chrome faucets for oil rubbed bronze look and to do it after I redo counter tops to granite . I thought Kevin to be extremely honest, courteous, punctual , & nice . The $120 price doesn't include the filter which I bought & had  

waiting here to be installed .

Kevin came in after another plumbing contractor had incorrectly installed a bathtub. The original company would not honor their warranty work and eventually went out of business. He detected the problem was with the bathtub that was installed by the previous contractor. He made contact with a local vendor that would honor a warranty replacement. He stayed on top of the company waiting for the warranty tub and installed it very quickly and efficiently. 
On another occasion, Kevin was contacted on very short notice after we had new granite countertops/sink installed when we realized the granite company did not complete the install of the piping, reverse osmosis and new faucet. Kevin was contacted late in the afternoon on a Friday and was over within an hour to complete the very difficult install correctly and very neatly. 
Kevin is very conscientious, very thorough and has great attention to detail.
