It went really well. Everything was explained in detail so we understood why and what would be done. Once we had our date, the technicians arrived as planned. They were neat and made sure everything was cleaned up, inside and outside. They, too, explained things and answered our questions as they went along. Harold Pond even stopped by as the work was finished to be sure we were satisfied, and we were!

WOW! I've never had such outstanding service as I got from Harry Ponds. I needed a new heat/ac system and bid it out among 6 other major (local) HVAC contractors. Not only was Ponds the best price, I got much better quality equipment and impeccable service. Even more important, I got the PROPER size and type of equipment and much lower energy costs forever.

His team is equally professional - did all the work quickly, quietly and cleaned-up after themselves perfectly.

Harry Ponds was more knowledgeable about HVAC than all six other competitors combined. He answered my many questions, both before, during and after the installation. He went way above and beyond what was reasonable for me to ask, and he did it willingly and happily. He wouldn't even except more money when I offered it.

Pond's is the absolute best and I'll be using him again on my next project... and won't waste my time bidding it out to the others, he is in a league by himself when it comes to honesty, integrity and knowledge.

(Before moving to Florida I was a builder/contractor for decades and have never experienced the high level of quality service I got from Ponds Heating and Cooling.)

The first trip out my air was not working, the outside unit was froze over. The technician indicated the freon was low and did a leak check. After filling everything seemed ok. Two months (less) same issue, company came out and indicated the same thing and this time I indicated that something else had to be wrong. The tech indicated that I had a bad pressure switch and they would order. The next day (hot weather/without AC) the company came out and attempted to install switch. In the process they stripped the copper fitting that was on the 'other' side of the switch. This forced the replace of the A coil, and another delay of a day (more had I not escallated due to the weekend

The air conditioner ceased to function at 8pm on July 2nd. The unit is 9 years old and has had issues. I was prepared to get bids for a new unit and not pleased that it occurred on a holiday week. While I was on Angie's List checking out reviews, Pond's was recommended to my husband by a coworker. The coworker called Pond's and gave them my number. Harry Pond called me immediately after receiving the phone call and arrived within 30 minutes. He opened the unit and knew immediately that it was a bad capacitor. He had one in the truck and replaced. I found Harry to be professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed new unit options and he gave me quite a bit of information to use as I research. I will be planning for a unit change in the fall to avoid an emergency install in the future. Pond's proposal will get extra points after this exceptional experience.

It seems like he is a nice fellow and he did everything he said he was going to do. I would recommend him to others.

From the time they came in to do the estimate until they finished the job, they were very professional, tidy, and courteous. Not only did they replace the old unit ar a very reasonable price, they also put an intake vent in my sons room for better circulation at no extra cost. They did the whole job in less than a day, showed up at the right time, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a very good experience.Would highly recommend them.
