The service was not excellent I would say it is mid range. They came out to repair it eventually they need to replace the water tank,

They did a marvelous job maintaining our system and keep it healthy as possible.

The guys at the service call were efficient and professional. They worked with me to finance the cost of the system. The new unit was installed the next day, the technicians were excellent. Jorge came out to do my yearly check up. Jorge was professional, polite, respectful and on time. He checked my whole unit, changed my filter, and assured me it I needed any thing they would provide quality service. This was my second experience with them and they have earned my trust. The owner responded the same day that we contacted Coast to Coast. In fact, Peter came within a couple of hours to determine the issue our A/C unit was having. Unfortunately, the unit had to be replaced. However, the entire process of diagnosing the issue and installing a new unit went very smoothly and price was very reasonable. Peter was timely, courteous, and professional. He was also very patient with me and answered all of my questions. We highly recommend Coast to Coast Heating and Air. We will definitely call upon them for any future needs!

Friday night about 6 P.M. noticed house was getting hotter and hotter even though air handler was running.  Went out side and found that unit was not functioning.  Frantically called Patricks, the owner called back within minutes and dispatched a technician.  He came within the hour and determined it was a capacitor.  Put in a new one and we had cold air again.  I would recommend Particks to anyone.  They were professional and timely!

Our technician Mark made his second trip to my mother-in-laws house and was as nice and professional as the first time that he came.  I felt like we could trust what he was telling us and I never once felt like he was trying to oversell their service.

I am not going to lie  The supervisor  jerry lives across the street from me !  and that guy is  really honestly enjoys his job !!!!

you can tell this in his enthusiasm all ways positive and up beet !!

they did an excellent job cleaning out the coils and surprised me on them showing up today !

because I spoke with jerry about the services I was having done !

he came over my house and checked out my a/c in a whole !

 showed me that the coils needed to be cleaned out  , I can actually see he was corrected !

my dogs 2 German Sheppard's have been rubbing and laying buy the unit causing a bunch of dog hair clogging the coils , plus the loose sand around the unit had clogged the bottom half between unit and the slab !

I told him yes I would like him to do the work , that it had to be after I had my vents cleaned on the 8th !

 he gave me a price and said no problem !

On the 8th his worker showed up  ( victor ) I was shocked ! didn't expect him today I expected to have to call Patrick's up and schedule an appointment !

victor is very nice and pleasant and did an  outstanding / excellent work !!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to stick with Patrick's from now on I have nothing but positive / outstanding experience  from them !!!!
