PARDEE MOVING & STORAGE

Horrible! This was done in April 2016. Movers showed up with zero tools. They were very careless with our things. Ruined the front of my $1,000 refrigerator among other things.they ran it into a concrete wall outside our condo & dented & scratched the whole front. The movers admitted what they did. I do have pictures. They won't follow through on anything nor most of the time they would not return my calls. After a few months Melissa called & stated they couldn't get a new door for my fridge through LG and that was the last I heard. Melissa had us fooled as I thought they would be professional when I interviewed her. It was for myself and my mom who is 83. I would NOT ever recommend this company! If you care about your items do not use this company! Very dishonest!

On time.  Hard workers.  Prpfessional approach.

I had scheduled my move with Pardee weeks in advance. 3 days before, Melissa called me to change my schduled time because someone had just called them for a larger job that day. I found this to be highly irregular as it should never even be a consideration. That person should be told we already have somone scheduled and we will schedule yours in accordance. Of course, I refused to change to my time but this showed me that I clearly was not a valued client and made me concerned but I kept my appointment. I was told a truck would be used. They arrived with a pick up and a trailer basically. On the day of my move, the guys were in such a hurry to get my job done...they kept speaking of the next job they had to get to...that they used little care and concern for my personal possessions. My mattress was not wrapped or tended to properly. It is 3 years old and thankfully I had left the mattress cover on it because it ended up so blackened and dirty from their handling that I would be more upset had it been the actual mattress. More importantly, because they did not take their time and care, a couch that is 1 year old in a spare bedroom and barely used, had its frame broken. The worker Bubba took pics and said we will take care of that. I expected at least a call the next business day to ask about the move...and address the broken furniture piece....but nothing. I called and mentioned the incident to Melissa's surprise. In another phone call, Melissa advised they spoke to the crew and she would have Nick the "furniture dr" call me to schedule repairs. Never heard from him. Called Melissa back and was told they would not fix it and that the owner would call me, and that has yet to occur. Thus, I was lied to as well. As soon as the check cleared that's all that mattered. I am highly disappointed in this company,  their unprofessionalism and the fact they clearly could care less about doing the right thing and treating clients properly. I see other online reviews that have same situations - broken possessions, promises to fix, and then not following through. I will never use this company ever again. I want others to beware so they don't endure what I have. Thankfully, I am in a business that people ask about moving companies all the time and now I will know of one to tell as many as I can not to use.

The cost was higher than the estimate they gave us, but the job took longer than expected. The services were average this time. It was not as good of an experience as we have had with them previously.

It went awesome. They called me ahead of schedule, they arrived on time and they were perfect. The guys were great and the whole experience went perfect. I would happily recommend them and happily use them again.

There were three young men who showed up on time and immediately started to  efficiently pack and move all boxes and furniture. They were very respectful and courteous.  I was surprised at how fast and neatly the move went. At the new residence they placed all items where instructed.  I had been thru my son's move from Marion county to Ohio on June 1st with another mover...it was a nightmare. Granted a local move should always be easier than a long distance move. I would highly  recommend Pardee and will use them when I make my next move. 

Besides paying them, I tipped each individual very well.  They broke the leg off of my entertainment center, chipped my wall, and broke the bottom of my lamp. I told the owner and he said he believed his employee and not me and I told him to come out and look at it.  He never did and never returned my calls.

Our good friend of many years recently moved and this is her experience. The trio of Jarriel, Jermaine and Jay did an outstanding job of moving me from Ocala, Fla. to St. Petersburg, Fl. It is the first long distance move I"ve made where absolutely nothing was scratched, broken, or otherwise damaged in spite of dealing with a single elevator assist to the fourth floor of my new condo unit and a sudden rainstorm just as they were unloading the upholstered pieces. In oppressive heat they worked together pleasantly and smoothly, never complaining even when I asked them to move large pieces around in the new place. One even suggested a solution to furniture placement that I never would have thought of and has worked wonderfully. So if you choose Pardee, ask for Jarriel, Jermaine and Jay and I think you'll be as pleased as I was the result.

We were very satisfied with them. Everything went extremely well and we plan on using them again in the future. They were extremely prompt and a fair price. They were very professional.

They were on time. They were efficient and pleasant. We are planning on using them again when we move out of storage and in to our new home.

Arrived on time and ready to go to work. Did an excellent job. VERY quick. Could not be more pleased with service.
