The workmanship is excellent.  The carport has an insulated roof and gutters, The same for the awnings.   Really pleased as to how it all turned out.

They did an excellent job. 

I have not had the work done yet, but if I decide to have it completed, then I will have him do the work. I did not talk to him very long. He presented himself well. His personality was good. I think his price was comparable. He was professional. He was punctual.

FYI - I gave them all B's, not because I'm dissatisfied in any way, but because I'm a hard*ss and there is always room for improvement. I have zero regrets choosing them and would/will definitely use them again if the opportunity comes up. They came recommended from another contractor when I needed some minor aluminum door parts. Went to their shop, they gave me the parts for free, and told me to come back when I needed something bigger done. Now that's what I call a good marketing plan!! Needless to say, they earned my business with this simple, cheap gesture. Got a competitor, who I had used previously, to provide me with a quote anyways just to be safe. Oswald was the better of the two by about $250. The estimator, contractor, and crew were all professional and friendly and committed to doing a good job. Had a weeks delay or so in getting started, and some resultant miscommunication with the estimator, when the county lost the permit application, but it all worked out OK. The head roof installer found a flaw in the engineering plan and immediately informed me to solicit my input. He then took the appropriate actions to correct it. Another example where this project could have taken a wrong turn but didn't because of the professionalism of their crew. Again, I gave them all B's because that's how I am. That said, I personally don't believe you'll find a better firm for this kind of work in the Ocala area and that's the highest compliment I can give. Sincerely, Dan

From the time Mike came to measure and finalized the order, our windows were delivered within three weeks and at exactly the time he told us they would be there. The windows are wonderful! The selection we made with Mike's information is perfect for our needs. We have had many compliments from friends and neighbors about the quality of the windows and the additional value they have added to our home.

Their was a couple of weeks wait for the materials, but the contract was completed on time as per our wishes.
