A lot of the people here are very old. Most of the people are in their 80-90s. They have a very different policy on alcohol also. On most of the communities, residents have to bring their own wine because they don’t have a liquor license. This place does have a liquor license so they require you to purchase it from them for events in the community. This is way more expensive. Overall, it is a decent place.
