Sue, Jackie and Christine did everything they could to make sure our floor was installed without incidence. They also gave us a goody bag filled with floor cleaning supplies and tips. Chip & Jeff did a wonderful job on the install and we were extremely pleased. We did get three estimates and Old Country Wood was in the middle. We did have to pay an extra $787 for the extra floor prep. The only things I would have done different had I had been a little more on the ball would have asked more about the floor prep. The floor prep was not a normal floor prep so I should have asked what it was going to cost if they ran into trouble. It did state the price per hour on the contract but I really didn't know what normal floor prep was. If you?re out to buy ask what is involved in normal floor prep and what is considered out of the ordinary. All and all we were extremely pleased with everything and would recommend this company and their installers to anyone who is thinking of installing wood flooring.
