It was determined that I needed a root canal, so they referred me to an oral surgeon.  The process went smoothly.  I returned to the dentist for the rest of the crown procedure and was very pleased with the scheduling, friendliness and competence of the staff, and particularly the experience with the dentist.  He was very patient and compassionate when "numbing" my mouth for the procedure (it is more complicated than with most people) and I did not have the anxiety and pain that I have had with other dentists.  I also did not have swelling and bruising afterward, which I have had elsewhere.  He saw that one molar was chipped, but said that, unless it was bothering me, it was perfectly functional and I didn't need to make repairs just for cosmetic reasons.  I was impressed that he did not try to talk me into an expensive procedure that was not necessary.
The only thing I didn't like was that all of the treatment chairs were in one big room with the head of the chair toward the middle of the room where the walkway was.  There were partitions (not walls) on the sides, but not at the head of the chair-- which meant that anyone walking by could see you and hear everything that went on in the room.  It was not crowded when I was there, so it didn't really matter that much, but I like more privacy when I'm being treated.  Having said that, I still was impressed with the service and plan to go there again.

The dentist refilled my tooth without novocaine and with no pain to me.  I plan to use him as my dentist in the future.

From arrival to departure the appointment went without flaw. I recommend this office.

They were called as Gentle Dental Inc. My wife likes them. I liked them when I was there too. They are honest and reasonable. We had paid them twice and they gave us the money back which is something that one wouldn't see very often. We didn't even know when we had paid. We would continue to use them in the future.
