Pavers and Hardscaping Service
He took a deposit of $7,200 for the pavers. He came and tore up our yard, dropped off 48 plants, most of which were not on the plan. We waited months, watering the plants trying to keep them alive. He never returned, always had some excuse. Pavers were never delivered, plants never installed. We went to small claims court-he didn’t show there either. We won a judgement against him but court won’t collect so we are out all of our money. Mark Folsom the owner never returns our calls. DO NOT HIRE this CROOK!

Pavers and Hardscaping Service
Mark Folsom gave me a competitive quote, and I hired him and gave him a $2450 down payment. (50%) He gave me a start date, then stalled for days, with every excuse imaginable. Every day he would promise to be there the next day, but was always a no show. He finally came after a couple weeks, haphazardly sawed the concrete coping around my pool (not completely done), then mortered in about 20 coping blocks on one side of pool, and I haven't seen him since. I also found another person who sued him and won in small claims court in Marion County Florida for taking money and not providing pavers or work. Scam artist!
