+ -1 moremr mini and jay showed up on time both days. besides what was estimated there were other issues. neither complained about what the job entailed and were like sharks; constantly on the go fixing the known issues and the new ones. ocala heat can be a stifling but they kept on even though they had to crawl into the attic numerous times. they double checked their work and made sure everything was done properly. pricing was very fair and we had no issue paying the invoice as he did an enormous amount of work. we will definitely use him again when we get the hot tub.
Description of Work: had the house inspected prior to purchase. inspector found some fairly serious issues. our realtor called mr. mini and he provided an estimate for known work needed. we called and set up a time to begin work as we had been given a time frame by the insurance company to get work done or they would cancel.

+ -1 moreWent okay but we needed more work done so he would have to come back after our builder fixed some issues when we called to have him return he ignored many phone calls we even called his wife who we were knew and she refused a few phone calls if he did not want to do the job he and his wife should have acted professionally and stated that. I find it rude and not acceptable for a business person
