MIKE'S LAWN MOWER SALES & SVC

In 2010 Mike convinced me to trade in that blower on a new one ($600)
with the promise that I would be even happier with it. This new blow has
been nothing but difficult, never seeming to want to run right. My
first trip in to Mikes about the problems I was sent back home with the
blower the same day told I should put staybilt in my gas which was
something I've already been doing for years . The second visit I was
charged ($50) for an adjustment to the trigger. On my third visit with
in 1 year I was charged another ($50) and told that my carburetor needed
an adjustment. At this time I got upset and said that I did not spend
($600) to get hit up for $50 every time the equipment needed an
adjustment and reminded them that I got 10 years out of my first blower
"No issues". They went on to tell me that there was also water in my gas
making it imposable for them to give me any breaks. What they did not
know was that I had put fresh fuel in it just before bringing it in
while trying to get it to run better. I LET THE BLOWER RUN FOR 5 MIN
INURING THAT THE OLD FUEL WAS OUT OF THE LINES. I paid the bill and went
strait home to check out the fule situation. I found no evidence of
water in either container and even chose to ues the fuel all day
yesterday while doing yard work with no problems. I called the store and
asked that Mike contact me. When he did this morning I went over all
the stuff above and simply stated that I should have been given a break
on the blower considering that I have gotten such little use out of it
and it still being so new. That twice I had paid ($50) for an adjustment
and that I felt like I was being taken through the ringer. MIKE TOLD ME
THAT HE WAS SICK AND TIRED OF THE PEOPLE IN "OCALA" WANTING BREAKS.
THAT IF WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EQUIPMENT TO CALL THE MANUFACTURE.
THAT HIS GUY DID NOT LIE ABOUT THERE BEING WATER IN THE GAS AND THEN
CALLED ME A SON OF A B**** BEFORE HANGING UP ON ME. Don't know why it
seems as our economy gets worse people try harder to lose there
costumers than keep them?
