McCall Service

Started out fine. Then started noticing weeds notified them. Then more weeds. Notified them. Wanted the area around my pool sprayed for weeds. They said no can do. Today almost at the end of my 115 dollar a month contract I walked out onto my dwindling front lawn to find about a third of it covered with mature sand spurs. This is not what I expected from a company that charges so much for continued maintenance. I live in central florida. Ocala florida.

The company showed up when contacted and have continued to be great with follow ups. They are very good.

It is really too early to say anything about them.  I can say that they have been really nice, helpful, and courteous.  They showed up on time and called me before hand so that I could put my dogs inside and so forth.  I do not know the difference in my yard yet because it has only been a short while.  They have an initial service which is priced higher and then I have to pay a fee every other month.  Their price is very comparable; I was real thrilled with the price.  It was a very good price and they were willing to do my front and back yard for less than everybody else.  So far I have been real happy with them.

The service manager of McCall Service was extremely professional and he closed up all the holes and excluded all the rats from my house and garage. He was thorough and fair as far as price and guarantee was concerned. He did a good job. He explained everything to me like the places they were coming in from and all that.

He comes on a schedule and each time walks the property with me and talks about the issues identified and gets to work.

They come and are sometimes there when you are not at home so I just see their sign in my yard.  If I ever have a problem they are responsive within 24 hours.

I'm a long-standing quarterly customer for McCall's Service.  I've sent in favorable reviews in the past, and there is no reason to change my opinion. If there had been, I would have submitted another review, but I will "update" and say that I'm still pleased with the service. (April 2013)

They are great. I have used them for a long time and my pest control service technician takes the time and uses the broom to take down the cobwebs around my outside lighting fixtures. He is really thorough as is the gentleman who does the lawn; he recognizes all the weeds and cleared up a yard fungus we had. I have used other lawn places but I really like McCall's. Their pricing is competitive and I will use them again in the future.

Pest Control: I am on a quarterly maintenance plan, and have been for many years. The technician is prompt and efficient but will also spend time on any topics of concern. He is quite knowledgeable and teaches me something new in each conversation. If I see indoor pests I'm supposed to call right away....this has never happened! There is no odor, no mess, and no worry. I can pay the technician or wait for the bill. Lawn Service: After I got married :) I no longer needed this service, but they got me through a chinch bug crisis!
