Fixed quickly and everything works.

We called and arranged an appointment to meet with them to explain the issue that we were having with our gate that it would open but not close. They called to let us know what the problem was and the part they would have to replace to get it to work. We got home that same evening and the gate was working again! We have used Marion Garage doors for years and we are always satisfied! Excellent Friendly Service!!!

first we found a dent in the garage door which they fixed the best they could without having to replace a panel. the following week the spring broke and i called them again. they came out promptly, fixed it temporarily, ordered a new spring and came back to install within a few days. service was excellent.

Called at 6:00pm, they offered to come out right away or in the morning. We decided the morning was fine and they came out first thing and replaced the spring.  Everything was great.

All went well on the initial visit.  General Maintenance was all that was needed.  ... called a second time because the remotes and the door remote was not responding... they told me they'd be out... and after 3 more calls, I gave up as they NEVER showed up.  Now, we need a new garage door opener... and for sure, they will be the LAST people I call.

We were very pleased with their service. They arranged the appointment around my busy schedule. The service technician arrived at the time promised. He replaced the broken garage door spring, and performed some minor maintenance on the door. He had the job completed in less than 1/2 hour.
I plan on using their services again.

The office person was very helpful and asked for the size of the door before giving me an estimate. The technician called to say he was on another job, would be here in about an hour the called again when he was on his way. While he was here we decided to have the spring on the second door changed and he took care of that and did general maintainence on that door as well. All this in less than an hour. The price for all this was far less then another company quoted for just change the spring on one door with no maintainenc. I would recommend you call this company first before any other. We will absolutly use them again.

They were going to come out the next day but my tenant needed to go to the hospital. The company called to let me know and worked with the tenant to reschedule.

I would give them an A. Their pricing was reasonable and their workmanship was good. I have nothing negative to say about them.
