Majestic EScapes LLC

This was the second time I had utilized the services of Majestic eScapes. The first time I called him was to check a sprinkler system of a home my wife and I had just purchased. I was told over the phone that it would be $20.00. He came out (with several of his minions) and replaced a couple of pop-up sprinkler heads. They aimed a few others and I was I was charged $300.00. Seemed high at the time but we urgently needed a correctly functioning system and in Florida this time of year, your at the hands of the pharaohs. Called him back about a month later to re-route a section of pipes to go around an area where a concrete slab was to be poured for a screen enclosure. He also replaced one rotary head. Again, his magic number was $300.00. Doesn't seem to matter what he does, or doesn't do, the price for a visit is $300.00 or more. I have since called him multiple times and he has refused to return my calls or pick up the phone. He has turned out to be unreliable and extremely unprofessional. Would not use him if he was the only irrigation repair person left in the county.

• My drain under a 2 car driveway was backing up causing the drain to accumulate with sand and sediment, this  backup was caused by sand erosion in the drainage ditch. The fix required to grade and resod the ditch/swell, I competitively bid this job, they were the only ones to perform  both the drain cleaning and grading/ resoding and they were the lowest bidder.
• I also had an underground leak in my irrigation system and broken spray heads that they repaired.
