Last time the lawn was to be moved, I contacted the owner to tell him to raise the blade one inch. Well, the guy that did the mowing didn't, so I called the owner and he told me he was unable to reach the mower-person by cellphone. He said the next time it would moved to my specs. Well, it was mowed today, and it was not mowed to my specs. And the mowerperson spoke virtually no English so I couldn't communicate with him. And the owner does a lousy job returning his calls with alacrity.

"First, [member name removed] cancelled service without contacting me at all. In fact, I wondered why he did and drove by his home; his lawn looked great. Second, I communicate on my smart phone through phone calls, text and email, as well as return calls on my hardline office phone, returning all messages within 24 hours or less. Finally, I strive to provide a professional, friendly service with good men working with me. We have been very successful and work 95% in one community. Myself and all workers are citizens and speak English; interestingly, [member name removed] dropped service almost immediately after I brought two Latinos on my crew."
