Laser Action Plus use to sell two types of remanufactured toner. One type was made for local business and we did not add a seal because Laser Action Plus would hand deliver these cartridges. Laser Action Plus also put seals in cartridges that were shipped along with selling the identical cartridge that is made for the big box stores. If someone were to purchase a cartridge that was not sealed on ebay or craigslist, from someone who was reselling a LAP non-sealed toner and this toner cartridge was shipped, it would definitely become a mess. Please note if you pull the seal on a HP OEM toner cartridges or a Lexmark OEM toner cartridge and then shipped them, thos cartridges would also become very messy. Laser Action Plus no longer sells toner cartridges without seals because they do not make toner cartridges anymore. Horrible the toner was leaking out of the cartridge and there was a sticker saying they don't seal them...so not to shake during installation. Yes they are boxed well...but these are mailed. Boxes are thrown etc by delivery people. Even though it has a printed warranty and guarantee the company will only replace if purchased in last year. I have bought fifty cartridges from other manufacturers and never had one leak. I have had at least two leak from laser action. Plus. If I have more boxes I bet they leak too. Picture shows warranty and one leaking toner. I out in shipping bag because it is a mess. I would be afraid to install in printer because it would damage it with all that toner. I am sure I bought 4 boxes or more. Seems like I threw yellow away. I just opened magenta and cyan blue. What a mess.
