"Lakestone was hired by a GC for this project. Lakestone was not direct and could only be given consent by contractor to do what was tasked. However we have all proof of and pics to this day that it was done per manufacturer spec. You then also hired us directly to cut GC cost to paint both your offices and everyone was happy. To resolve this issue you could have called us or the contractor to fix any issues. Being years later, contacting us directly would have been beneficial, to this day we would still fix it if however you would return our call. We never left the job being paid full as we waited 30 days after completion for payment. Business owner to business owner, this could have been resolved in a much better manner."
