Very poor communication, no key left for deadbolt we had to replace the new deadbolt we had installed, after trying to contact but no response.

Can't say enough good words about Dan. He is professional, does excellent work and his prices are reasonable. This is the second time I've had work done and am scheduling having him install backsplash tile in my kitchen. I highly recommend him.

Dan phoned to say that he was running a bit behind. He arrived with his truck towing his small trailer. The combo did not fit into our small driveway and blocked the sidewalk. He was very professional. He set up his tools into the garage - a work bench, drills, battery packs, etc. The job of removing the framing and installing the new stairs took about 4 hours with a break for lunch. He framed the opening perfectly. The painting of the drop down door was a plus. I had an estimate for this job which was $150 less in labor costs however, he came highly recommended and I am not disappointed. He hung the large art piece as well. His courtesy is refreshing. We appreciated that he is and quot;Americanand quot; born from the Midwest. We will definitely hire him again!

Dan gave me a complete estimate for the project and because I have been pleased with his price and quality of his work in the past I set the remodel date. He showed up on time and promptly began work, as usual, and was well prepared to start the project. He utilized his time well, and was eager to take time and explain what he was doing if you wanted him to. It was amazing to watch and photograph the project as it evolved from just an open Den to a beautiful enclosed room with French doors. A 4 day job positively transformed the look of my home. The look is seamless. Everything matches, from the color of the paint for walls and molding, to the finish on the walls. Did I mention he is one of the neatest workers I have ever hired. He never leaves a mess and cleans up everything before he leaves for the day.
The last day of the project, my dishwasher was leaking and he looked at it and found one of the rubber seals to be crimped. He fixed that and made another adjustment.
At one point I had to leave the house for several hours, for a family emergency, and I felt 100% comfortable just leaving Dan to do his work. There is no one else I will trust to do the projects in my home. He takes pride and responsibility for his work. His work quality is exceptional and he has never failed to exceed expectations. Price is fantastic too!
