KOWALSKI'S TREE SVC

I've used them for three years now without any problems. Always shows up on time and cleans up afterwards. He's great, does what he says he'll do. Always great work.

Got right to it!! I was a bit concerned that they didn't use safety equipment that I could see, but the job was done quickly.

They were here on time and we were satisfied with what they did.

Philip came in end of March to give us an estimate (arrived within an hour of our request) looked around at what we wanted done and checked other trees for problems. Found one potentially hazardous tree, only a matter of time before it fell on the roof. Gave us the estimate and let us know we were looking at May , but he would call if he had time in between now and the. Came 4/22/14 completed the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaning up and hauling all debris. Excellent job. Very polite and professional. I would hire them again in a flash.

They arrived early, trimmed all the trees, hauled everything away, and cleaned up the property when they finished. I would highly recommend Phil. He is extremely knowledgeable about the proper care of these palms, and gave us very good advice on other questions we had regarding the landscape on our property. . We will definitely be using him again in the future.

They did an excellent job, Phil had been out the year before to give me an estimate, and we waited. Well, it ended up costing us less this year than it would have last year! They were punctual and very respectful, and for the price, did a GREAT job. The tree really needed balancing, and they did it!! I would have them come back to do my other trees for sure!

Philip and Dillion arrived on time, Philip had contracted for a huge crane to be used and it was carefully set up in my backyard. Philip climbed a 75 ft tree, attached ropes to huge trunks and then cut trunks. The crane operator did a great job manovering huge trunks and branches over my home, away from my garden and laid them exactly where I was told they would be set down. Then Dillon cut branches and trunks up quickly before the next layer got laid down in that spot. The entire day of cutting one huge water oak tree down, cutting a huge trunk from another water oak, trimming and cleaning up 4 more oaks, a dump truck with a small crane picking up all branches and cut trunks, cleaning moss from trees took from 8:00 am until 6:30 pm. Philip and his men were courteous, professiional, HARD WORKING and I would recommend them to anyone.

called and met with Kowalski he gave us an estimate and we compared it to others and his was more complete with less cost. We made an appointment for them to do the job and they came one day earlier and was done in a matter of 2-3 hours. great job.

** *UPDATE July 2013. 6th time I have used Kowalski Tree Service. Phil Kowalski has been invaluable to me over the last 2 yrs. He keeps a good eye on my heavily treed lot and recently when he came after I called him, I just had to ask him, and quot;Wow, isn't that cheap to take down a huge tree??and quot; His response was and quot;The location of this tree in your yard makes it easier to just cut and drop it and haul it off, so it is cheaper than if it was the same size tree located, say, near or over your house or in the rear of your yardand quot;. ($350) I wouldn't have known that, but he is honest and I can openly talk to him. Frankly that price was 1/3 of what I had in my head and expected to be quoted for taking out a 40ft tree, 40 inches diameter, that had rotted at the bottom!! WOW! Also, when he and his small crew left, there was just some wood shavings left among the grass but not one small limb or any debris was on my yard. I continue to be able to give this man an A++ for his job performance, professionalism, integrity, and that I can just plain trust him. That says it all.
PS....He is coming to take out a medium and quot;trash palmand quot; from my back yard and it will be about $90 due to it's location far from the street and closer to the house. See? I am learning. ;)

*** 2011 ... I have used this tree service 3 times now, as has my elderly father at his home. Mr. Kowalski was recommended to be by the owner of my home insurance company which says quite a bit in itself. He is mid 40's, a veteran, and VERY knowledgeable and is one of the few people I know nowadays with true integrity. He can be trusted to tell you what MUST be done NOW, vs what can wait for a little while. He is hands on.....doesn't just send someone to do your job. I cannot say enough good about this man and his company. You may save $100 somewhere else; Kowalski may not the cheapest but he is sure not the most expensive quote you will get, but having used 2 and quot;recommendedand quot; local tree services years before him, and getting totally screwed, I am delighted to have been referred to him. (Just fyi...in one service call the OTHER tree service knocked down my front gate, fence gate, cracked my driveway and got his truck stuck while making 20 foot long and 2 ft deep ruts in my yard and had to be TOWED out of my yard by a tow truck used to tow 18 wheelers!....again, to be clear, this was a PREVIOUSLY used tree service, NOT Mr Kowalski). Do not hesitate to use him.....you will be recommending him as I am! No holes in this man.....he gives the kind of service we are ALLLLL looking for!

Showed up early. Started and finished on time. Outstanding service. Cleaned up yard afterwards in an excellent manner. Professional tree trimmer...very experienced and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
