Be patient it takes time. It not done in a flash. It took the time it said so i was happy with that. They started in one of my 2 bathrooms and then moved the kitchen then finished the last bath. I was not there so i would just check in form time to time. Never had to worry they were always there working on the house. I am very happy with the final project my rooms just look great! I had a pleasent experince and evybody who works there is great.

The walk-in shower was leaking and tiles were loose. It was also discovered that the shower was not completely square. In places, there was no original grout. Scottie removed old tile; prepared surfaces, installed concrete sheeting, squared walls, identified problem areas and was correct about them, completed thorough clean-up. He is very neat and precise. At the end of each day, the house was clean and work items were put away. He orchestrated additional tradesmen to complete drywall and tile installation and stayed on sight to oversee all additional work until it was all completed. Scottie was diligent, professional and thorough with explanation of work and costs associated with that work. Additionally, he prepared us for possible conditions that could be uncovered during demolition. We were not pressured. Nothing occurred that we were not prepared for ahead of time and there were no additional unexpected expenses.
