John was very informative while on the phone. I had a mini-emergency the day that his partner, Ken, was suppose to come to our house. They worked with my schedule and I really appreciated it. As far as the appliances, Ken was honest and upfront after performing diagnostics on the freezer. We decided not to have it fixed and instead, replace it with a new one. Fixing it would have been too costly and there was no guarantee that it would work for the duration. Ken worked on the dishwasher and, long story short, nothing needed to be replaced. He gave me a great mini-course on the care and upkeep of my appliance. He told me what to do after he left and it worked! I have now washed two loads of glasses, bowls, plates and utensils and they were never cleaner. I happily recommend this company. If we ever have problems in the future you can be sure I would call them immediately.

Serviceman arrived at stated time. He was very professional and repaired the problem we were having with our refrigerator. Adjusted doors, checked and fixed the refrigerator for level and checked and serviced the seals on both the refrigerator and freezer doors. We will use them again if we have need for an appliance repair.

Called to give arrival time. Showed up on time. Knew exactly what problem was and fixed it.

The man did a wonderful job, was on time, and the price was very, very fair. I?d definitely call him again.

It went smooth.  My advice is to let him do his work and keep questions to a minimum or you will get a more than detailed and intelligent answer , meanwhile, your paid repair times are evaporating.

The business owner, John, contacted me immediately after receiving our Angie's List notification. He said that his technician would be out of town until the following week, so he would handle this himself since we were Angie's List members. The appointment was made for MY earliest convenience, and he was very punctual in keeping our appointment. He set to work immediately and determined that the cause of our problem was the pump. He took the pump apart and found a nail had slipped inside it (I wonder how THAT happened...). He removed the intruder and zipped it all back together and tried the system out, determining that all was well. He answered all my questions, solved my problem, and suggested that the nail be taped to the side of the machine with the caption "check your pockets". We had a good laugh and John went on his way, all for the Angie's List coupon price of $75.00. Much thanks to you both!!

went very well.  He was punctual and very imformed, gave me good hints on extending the life of the machine.

Dryer would not produce heat. I troubleshoot the failure and determined that the heater element was open. Looking at the videos on the internet, I determined that the job should be performed by a professional.   When he arrived , I told him the issue, and it took less than an hour to complete. He also showed me the easy way to remove the element. So the next time the element goes bad, I can replace it myself.

I have used them twice and both times they've provided great service at a fair price.

They came out to do the inspection; it took about 45 minutes to look at it. They did a wellness check on the kitchen appliance. They are real nice people here. I would recommend them without a second thought. They seem to be entirely professional, and the technician is very knowledgeable and personable.

I had just joined Angie's List.  I searched the list of large appliance repair companies.  
The owner of "Jack's We Fix It"  took my call and told me it would be tomorrow before his partner could be at my house to determine the difficulty. I agreed and resigned myself for the 48 to 72 hour delay on laundry completion.
Within two minutes, the owner, John, called me back and told me he had not paid attention to the address and just realized he was very close to my house at the time.  He offered to come in about thirty minutes, and HE DID!  He diagnosed the problem and told me he would have to order the parts out of Jacksonville and it would take a couple of days.  
Before he left the house he checked if he could possibly get the parts from a competitor locally.  Within 40 minutes he was at my house yet again and repaired our Kitchen Aid Dryer.
I am impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and the degree to which John pressed forward to respond to our laundry needs.  He went out of his way to give this client convenience.

Came on time, fixed our broken dryer heater element quickly. Very courteous and professional. Even had the part he needed in the van.

The provider  was punctual, friendly and knowledgable.  He was quickly able to diagnose the problem - an electric short.  Fix it and then able to answer a few other questions about my dishwasher that I had.  He also gave me tips on using my dishwasher more effectively.

Jack's was very thorough. They told me a few things that the guy who installed it never told me. They were the cheaper option too!
