About us
Our main operations and primary call center is based in Ocala, Florida, but we have infrastructure nationwide. All of our contact centers are staffed 24/7, with management and technical support located on-site. We are 100% U.S. based; none of our facilities, operators, or other staff are located overseas. We bill on a month-to-month basis, primarily on a per-minute basis (although we do offer "per call" billing for certain accounts).

Services include telephone and internet based communications, such as taking messages, making appointments, responding to email, and taking orders. In essence, our operators function as off-site assistants for your business.
Services we don't offer
We provide virtual assistants and other support from our call center locations only; we do not provide any services at the client's location. Similarly, we are not a staffing agency.
