The people are nice. If it's going to be really too long to do anything they will bring me home and then pick me up when they're done working on the car. They always have coffee available and sometimes when you're there in the morning they even give you breakfast. I haven't had any trouble with them at all. They talk to you and let you know what is going on & they have a seating place that you can watch television or movies. When they do an assessment they come in with the papers and tell you what's wrong with it & how much it's going to cost ahead of time so you're not shocked.

The cost is part of what I get when I bought the car. They even give you breakfast and lunch, who wouldn't go there?

Excellent!!!!!!!!!! The customer service by everyone that I came in contact with was perfect. I was treated to lunch and had a manicure while I waited! How spoiled was I!! They supported the community by having a blood drive at their facility. The prices are listed right up front.

I have purchased 3 new cars from Honda of Ocala and have always been very happy with the experience. The staff is responsive and knowledgable. Any time I had an issue, I was able to meet directly with the General Manager and have my situation resolved.

We went in for a basic oil change for a Honda Accord that we did not buy from them, but somehow got on their mailing list and received a coupon for an oil change. It seems like a good idea to get our oil change done at a Honda dealership instead of a quick change place. While waiting for the oil change to be completed, we were called up and asked to go back and look at some 'issues' they had found with the car. It seemed to me that every single one of the issues was an upsell item, or was a 'suggested' replacement. But what was most upsetting was that they had actually taken parts off of the car and in the engine compartment in order to show us these items that needed our 'attention'. We had to wait longer after that for them to put everything back together again. Was just very unprofessional. All we wanted was an oil change.

They are absolutely fantastic. They have a television in the waiting room and a little corner of the room is like a little diner. If I take my car in the morning I can have breakfast there. Also, on Tuesday mornings I can have my nails done. It is a very nice dealership. We got a very good deal on the new car purchase.

My engine light wouldn't go out, and it is still on even after I went there three times. I have nothing good to say about them and I will not use them again.

Their service is number one. They are on time and I sometimes get my car back and it is cleaner than when I give it to them. A lot of times when I bring my car in they will fix other problems they find and most of the time it is no charge.

They are excellent for car service. If you do not need it, they will tell you do not need it. I asked for a particular service, and they said I did not need that service, and it saved me hundreds of dollars. They offer a free lunch and big TV in the waiting room. They also have computers for the customers to use and manicures on certain days.
