HomeTeam is a great company. They have been providing pest defense service for us since our house was built over 13 years ago. At that time, the Taexx tubes in the wall were installed. The employees, whether technicians or those in the office, are always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They are quick to re-treat when needed especially after heavy rains. I recommend you visit their website to see all the services they provide as well as the services they provide as a part of their regular, routine visits.

They sent a substitute the last time to spray and I am not too thrilled with their procedure, but for the most part, I've been happy with them. Their price is the same with everybody else. I would recommend them.

It was fine. Our overall experience with them has been positive. We never had any issues with them. They were real good about following up. If we did have a problem, they would come back out.

We have been using Home Team for over a year now. Our technician, Jason, is very professional. Always leaves a report of any findings, if any, and what was done to resolve problems. He always responds to phone calls if I need to speak with him. We feel very fortunate to have him as our technician. We recommend Home Team to everyone.

Just became a member of Angies List (5-1-12) to see how it has grown in my area in the past years. (looked@ Ag list a couple of years ago and no listings to be found then) Not in the market to spend, but wanted to see how our local service is going. I had such a poor experience with service workers in the area in the past, that I learned to do a lot on my own. Exception to the majority is HOME TEAM PEST DEFENSE (352)368-3845. I have done business w/ them since they took over from CHOICE (local service company) It might be ten yrs. now. I had two requests .. to call before coming on the property and NOT to leave the statement by the door. (mail please) . Both was met with the utmost courtesy.

I have not found anything inside my home in the two years living. They are extremely professional. They call ahead of time and accommodate to your needs. They are more than willing to answer questions. They are a little more expensive compared to others. However, it is a different type of service. I have been happy with their services.

They come out quarterly. They hooked up into an exterior vavle and push the repelant through the tubes in our walls. They clean up all the wasps nest too. They will spray inside if we need them to as well.

I pay them yearly. It is $87 every three months. They comply will all my requests. They will come back out on an unscheduled visit to take care of any situations if we have any pest problems. I have no complaints. I will absolutely continue to use them.
