Honest. Another company estimated extensive repairs. Hilton reviewed all and documented the other quoted repairs were unnecessary.

I felt like they listened to me when I told them the problem and they were able to explain what was needed. They did everything they could to keep costs down (for me and my son, who also had to take his car in.) I returned later when something else needed fixed and they took care of it. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work and cost. I rated Hilton down in professionalism because I felt they were a little condescending when I suggested a possible cause of the problem. It turned out I was correct in my suggestion. However, I will take my vehicle back to them for any future problems I have and I would highly recommend them.

They are terrific! The owners are brothers. If u dont need something, they will tell you that. They are honest and really good.

Hilton was recommended when we needed to get our tires checked and realigned. They told me I needed 4 new tires plus alignment, and wanted me to pay approx $120 per tire for our Ford Taurus. I knew the fronts needed changing but didn't think the rear tires were that bad. I'd also told them that we were retired and didn't need the highest quality tires because most of our trips are local and we rarely do any long distance highway driving. We decided to just pay for the inspection and get a second opinion. We ended up going to Tires Plus who told us that the rear tires were fine and sold us two new front tires more in keeping with our usage profile for around $75 per tire!
