Excellent ! Shawn was an excellent tech and found the problem ..... a leaking line. He soldered the line and added 3 1/2 lbs of freon. He explained and showed me everything he was doing..... no idle chatter..... Worked like a dog in the heat non stop. Very courteous and professional......something I've not seen in other contractors. I am very happy with the work he performed . Highly recommend!!

The Estimator told us he could replace the outside unit alone, but this concerns me seeing other companies we called for quotes told us the entire system is using the old freon and will need to be upgraded. All of the others told us the outside unit was intalled wrong which caused it to fail prematurely. Hilliard replaced the entire system in 2006...soooo...they apparantly installed the outside unit improperly. One would think an entire system would last more than seven years! We went to them years ago because they are Christians and recommended by friends. Yes, the're friendly and prompt with service. Not too happy with their work. Time to change gears.

Tech arrived on time and was neat and courteous. Found that we did not have a leak as previously told by another company and the dianostics used by the other company was a fraud. Asked his opinion on replacing the thermostat to a more efficient one. Saved 15% on the thermostat and service call, as we where so impressed by their honesty, we purchased a 1 yr. maintenance agreement.

York has a replacement warranty on certain parts but they will make you wait several days before the parts arrive and then you may have to pay for labor.
Beginning on April 27th I have had 5 service calls and the one unit is still not working.YORK wants $300 to ship the part overnight or we can wait 7 to 10 days for regular delivery.
It has been a record year in high temperatures in Florida and we have to wait on York.

I have always been happy with their services, and they did not disappoint me. They arrive when they're supposed to, they do a professional job for a reasonable price, and they clean up afterwards.
