Heritage Propane

They were very responsive.  They answered all our questions.  The first gentleman who came out was great.  He tried out everything he could.  What happened was that the pilot light would not stay on and that is what we thought was wrong.  We tried to put it back on and he came out and looked at it and tried everything.  Then he said it could be the gas valve, and that it should be under warranty, he found us the phone number for us and we were able to call and register the water heater even though it was couple of years since it has been installed.  Within 48 hours we had hot water again.  They were really great. When the original water heater died couple of years ago we tried to go to one those big box stores and get a water heater but we could not find anybody to install it, then we found we needed to have somebody who knew about gas.  When they put it in originally they brought the water heater with them, took the old one away and were very good about taking care of us.  I think they were pricey but that included the installation also.   We would continue to use them in the future.
