I was most pleased with Phillip, the service tech. who repaired my microwave. Not only did he repair my microwave, but also repaired my refrigerator on the same call. He also gave me great advice regarding my appliances for future reference. His knowledge was remarkable. Without question, I would hire Goldman Appliances again, especially Phillip. I wouldn't even bother to check out anyone else. They are now in my speed dial.

Washer was leaking small amount of water from the rear. Called Goldman Appliances. Mike came out and diagnosed problem as leaking cold water inlet valve. He ordered new part and said it would take 2 days to get the part. On the 3rd day I called and the office said they got the part in the night before and made a new appointment to install the part in 2 days. Mike called before he arrived and replaced the part in 10 minutes. Problem solved.

Immediatly knew what was wrong with microwave and fixed it. Others we called wouldn't even come to the house to look at it. Found issue with oven..waiting on back ordered part. Definitely recommend them.

The technician put a new belt on the dryer and it has worked perfectly since then. He arrived at the promised time, went right to work and was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would hire this company again if needed.

It took a bit longer for the seals to be ordered and received, but it was not critical issue. The service person was on time, called before coming as promised, and was very thorough, tidy, and explained and showed me what I could do myself if ever needed. That was greatly appreciated.

Philip was right on time, quick, and explained exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He also advised what to do if the fridge went out again, as it was over 10 years old. Very much appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Will call on again.

Mike called and arrived early. He was very knowledgeable and replaced the gasket in a short time. Also, he cleaned up and took the old gasket with him. We were very pleased, he did an amazing job! We would definitely use this company again and refer them to our friends.

The repairman came out the same day I called. He was able to replace the motor with the parts he had on his truck. He was very polite and efficient. We would certainly use the again!

Mr. Goldman found that the problem with our refrigerator was a cup that was blocking the vent. He also checked the motor and moved it slightly. We were very pleased and now the refrigerator is not as noisy. He only charged for the service call and even gave us a discount.!!
